Well, it's early December now in Ocean City and the pretty Holiday Lights are gleaming all over the place. The Ocean City homes are also booming with more and more sellers this winter like never before.
As for me, I've been trying to get ready for a vacation and yet the business is keeping me from most of my fun personal duties, such as winterizing my sailboat, cleaning out my summer stuff to get my winter stuff in, and more.
